GRAND PACIFIC. The largest and most solid tomato that canbe grown. Specimens have been raised weighing over 3 lbs. each. Early, of mammoth size, splendid flavor, and of very few seeds. Just the variety for your home garden. Do you want to surprise your friends this season? If you do, get a packet of "Grand Pacific," the giant tomato that is perfectly solid and of the finest flavor. For table use it surpasses all other sorts, haying very few seeds and being almost entirely free of the coarse meat found in so many of the larger tomatoes. Color, a rich dark reddish crimson, extremely smooth and ripens early. A package of this seed will furnish enough tomatoes to keep an ordinary family supplied with this splendid vegetable for the entire season. As a rule only late varieties grow to such an enormous size; here, however, we have a tomato which combines earliness and fine flavor with its immense size, making the most valuable, novel and desirable variety for general use. Pkt. 20c, 3 pkts. 50c. ATI ANTIf PPI7P One of fhe best extra early tomatoes that can be grown for private or market use. It ripens about a week A 1 L^r^ 1 IV/ rlvl£«Er, or ten days later than First of All, and the vines are wonderfully productive, often giving as much as 75 or 80 large perfect red tomatoes to a vine. The fruit is solid, having almost no core and seeds, and is of excellent quality. On account of its earliness it is valuable for the Northern States where late varieties will not properly mature. Our seed has been carefully saved and will produce the best results. Pkt. 5c, oz. 20c, % lb. 60c, lb. $2.00. MIlMlMPSftTA OITPPN (Extra Early.) Ripened a little later than First of All this past year. Beautiful in shape and color. mimrtE^vj l /\ v*JEli:il^« Vines vigorous in growth and wonderfully productive. We believe Minnesota Queen will produce ripe fruit at least ten days ahead of any other variety with the exception of First of All. The tomatoes are of good size, smooth, solid and of a deep rich color, while the flavor and flesh is all that can be desired. Our own experience and the trials of gardeners and growers in various sections lead us to believe that Minnesota Queen is the best type of early tomato that has ever been offered by the American seed trade. There is no early variety that is smoother or more productive, and one of the leading growers who tested it with 110 varieties writes: "That in four successive seasons he had found none that ripened earlier than this tomato." Pkt. 15c, 2 pkts. 25c, oz. 35c. I PJVTOIV RI Il^H In some sections this is considered the most perfect yellow tomato ever l-dYlurN DLUan, introduced, but our own trials compel us to say that it is not equal to Golden Gem in appearance or keeping qualities. The Lemon Blush is a strong vigorous grower, producing fruit of good quality. The skin is a bright lemon yellow shade often tinged with a faint shade of rose, making a most beautiful color. It ripens medium early and can be depended upon to produce a good crop in ordinary seasons. Pkt. lOc, oz. 25c, % lb, 75c, lb. $3 00. mPAWRFPPY TOMATO Sometimes called Husk or Ground Cherry. A distinct ^ 1 »vr% VY DCKlv « * \Jl~lf\ 1 KJ. an(j most valuable variety for canning, preserving and making pies. They are also frequently dried in sugar as raisins or figs, and used in the making of fruit cakes; for this purpose they are unexcelled. The fruit, whichis produced in husks, is borne in great abundance, and is of a rich strawberry flavor. In the past two year* our sales of this variety have increased wonderfully, which shows us that the vakiable little tomato is at last appreciated. Give it a trial this season; it will please you. We know it. Pkt. 5c, oz. 25c, y4 lb. 75c. ? MATf HI P^^ A large rich cardinal red colored tomato that is claimed by some growers ITl/\ I t'UL.Coa, -to be the best for general use, as it begins to bear fruit early in the season and continues yielding for a number of weeks. The vines are of vigorous, strong healthy growth, well set with fruit, and the foliage is a rich dark green shade. For a variety of its size it is a splendid keeper and good for shipping, as the skin is tough and the fruit is very solid, often keeping in good condition for fifteen days after being picked from the vine. The seed pH which we offer has been carefully saved from selected fruits «pst and tests prove that it is equal to any of the seed which isj; •: offered bv some houses at enormously high prices. Pkt. —- 10c, oz."25c, ^4 lb. 75c, lb. $2.50. j;; POIMOPPO^A An extra large variety introduced jjjrjjj runuCKW3rt. several years ago that begins to ripen ! quite early in the season and keeps on producing fruit Ini 1 l I until quite late. It is almost seedless and of splendid flavor. Pkt. 5c, oz. 30c, % lb. 75c, lb $2.85. ncn fHPPPV A popular variety producing small KCL' CUCKM. sized fruit, round, smooth and solid. It is extensively grown for pickles and preserves, for which it is very desirable. Pkt.5c,OZ. 20c, ^4 lb. 75c, lb. $2.25.
