Summary[edit]

Description
English: Cherry Point is home to three different flight simulators – the AV-8B Harrier flight simulator, the EA-6B Prowler flight simulator and the KC-130J Hercules flight simulator. In-service engineers maintain the Aviation Training Systems and install modifications to the devices to improve the realism of the training and keep the devices current with today’s aircraft technology. The availability of accurate, realistic training increases naval aviators’ proficiency and readiness.
