Description Filton Abbey Wood railway station viewed from the western approach footpath. The sections of the bridge with white hand rails were added in 2004 when the third line (nearest the camera) was added to increase capacity by splitting northbound services heading via Bristol Parkway from those heading to South Wales. Before that the path from the car park ran at ground level from the back of platform 2.
