Summary

[edit]
Description First Borders bus 40918 (reg. P209 NSC), seen here in Hawick working route 77 to Stirches. According to the 2015 timetable, the 77 is one of a group of three circular town services (75/76/77) which all start and finish at Mart Street Morrisons, taking slightly different routes. This bus is a 1997 example of the first generation of low-floor Dennis Dart/Plaxton Pointer, new to Midland Bluebird as their No. 209, meaning it has presumably spent all its working life in the Scottish borders.
