| Description |
English: Fish Hill Seen from the Cotswold Way long distance path, this is the A44 at Fish Hill, a steep and somewhat notorious ascent of the Cotswold escarpment. On the other side of the road is the starting point for the footpath to the wonderfully named Campden Hole. The Cotswold Way used to cross the road a little higher up on one of the sharp bends in the road. The crossing point has now been moved to the top of the hill, near the picnic area, where there is better visibility and a refuge in the centre of the road. |
