List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy – bílý a modrý – v poměru 1 : 2. V modrém pruhu radlice ostřím k žerdi a hrotem k hornímu okraji a vinařský nůž ostřím k žerdi, oboje bílé. Poměr šířky k délce je 2 : 3.
