Čeština: Vlajka obce Kožušany-Tážaly, okres Olomouc, Česko.
List dělený svislým středovým žlutým pruhem širokým jednu desetinu délky listu, v zeleném žerďovém poli pod sebou dvě bílé růže se žlutými semeníky a kališními lístky, vlající pole tvoří polovina bílo-černého štenýře s polovinou liliového kříže opačných barev přiléhajícího ke žlutému pruhu, s rameny širokými jednu desetinu šířky listu a dlouhými jednu polovinu šířky listu. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
