English: Municipal flag of Střížovice, Kroměříž District, Czechia.
Čeština: Vlajka obce Střížovice, okres Kroměříž, Česko.
List tvoří pět vodorovných pruhů, střídavě modrých a žlutých, v poměru 1 : 1 : 4 : 1 : 1, přes ně šikmý bílý pruh široký třetinu šířky listu, v něm šikmo tři červené zavinuté střely. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
