Description

English: An Iraqi man waits for his son to arrive to help him carry a sack of food supplies he received at the government headquarters building in the town of Biaj, near Sinjar, in northern Iraq, Oct. 1, 2009. U.S. Soldiers assigned to Charlie Troop, 6th Squadron, 9th Cavalry, 1st Cavalry Division, and local Iraqi police are conducted a joint humanitarian-aid mission to distribute 500 sacks of food supplies.
