| Description |
English: Footbridge over Shepton Water near Honey Hill, New Forest. This relatively new footbridge is not marked on the 1:25000 OS map, but it provides a route for safe access from the Culverley car park to the woodland south of Shepton Water. Previously pedestrians had to cross the river at Shepton Bridge, which was not a particularly safe option as it was all road and no footpath. The approaches to this footbridge are raised above the wet valley. |
