English: Former Middlewood Hospital Gate, Stockarth Lane, Middlewood, Sheffield. This former Mental Hospital Gate gave access to the Hospital Farm, where most of the food and provisions for the inmates was grown. A similar gate, which originally gave access to the Hospital Allotments, can be seen on Middlewood Road North, near to the former Key Lodge. 1734055 1734095 711064 |
