LE COURRIER PAPIER DES MILITAIRES FRANÇAIS INTERNÉS.

Les soldats français internés peuvent envoyer des cartes standard à leur familles en ville.

A Sài Gòn, ces cartes sur papier bulle très fin ou sur papier libre portent une marque de censure japonaise et sont acheminées par l'armée japonaise ou la poste. Il y a plusieurs modèles, imprimés, ronéotypés, voire entièrement manuscrits, avec ou non, mention «F.M.». Les exemplaires vus sont sur papier bulle très fin ou papier ordinaire. Les formules imprimées sont soit de la famille vers le prisonnier soit du prisonnier pour sa famille. Au début, la correspondance est limitée à 20 mots. Certaines portent un cachet de vaguemestre «INTERNES MILITAIRES / CAMP VIRGILE (nom du camp ultérieurement gratté) // LE / VAGUEMESTRE». La plupart des documents vus portent un cachet «COMITE FRANÇAIS D'ENTRAIDE» apposé en mauve. Certains exemplaires vus portent un cachet postal de SAIGON PRINCIPAL.

Formulaire préimprimé en franchise militaire d'un prisonnier au camp Martin de Pallières vers l'épouse d'un autre prisonnier, "censure japonaise", cachet postal 29/6/45 et cachet violet "COMITE FRANCAIS D'ENTR'AIDE", verso vierge. Le nom du camp Virgile est rayé et remplacé par Martin de Pallières au crayon. Pas de limitation du nombre de mots.
