Deutsch: Nachdem der hier abgebildete Franz Ernst von Platen von der Familie Alten das Rittergut des (heutigen) Von-Alten-Gartens in Linden vor Hannover gepachtet hatte, konnte von Platen in den Reichsgrafenstand erhoben werden, wurde Premierminister unter dem Herzog Ernst August und wurde von seinem Nachfolger, dem Kurfürsten von Hannover und späteren König von Großbritannien, Georg Ludwig mit der Grafschaft Hallermund belehnt. Hier sehen wir Franz Ernst von Platen mit Perücke auf einem Kupferstich von Martin Bernigeroth in der barocken Pose eines absolutistischen Herrschers ... |
