  • Significance: The home of Grenville Mellon Dodge, well-known railroad builder and politician. The four room mansion was constructed in 1869 or 1870. At the time it was completed it was described as one of the most beautiful houses in the state. When it passed on of the hands of the Dodge estate in 1950, it was described as one of the finest examples of Victorian architecture in this section of the country...
