Notes
  • Significance: Described as the "world's largest catsup bottle" the water tower and tank reach up to 170' in height. Constructed of steel in 1949, the water tower not only advertised Brooks Catsup but also endures as as representative of mid-century roadside architecture that was designed to catch the attention of motorists. The Brooks Catsup Bottle was restored in the Spring of 1995, and long since ceased to hold water.
