| Description |
English: Gleann Mor, St Kilda On odd view of the glen, looking down the steep slope from near the top of Mullach Mor, with the remains of some of the many storage buildings on the island [cleitan]. At least two of the 'horned structures' in this valley can be seen, on the near side of the burn, in the next square. These are prehistoric buildings, but little is known about their exact date and the reason for the two 'arms' of stone that project from the main body of the building. |
