Deutsch: Groß Nordende (Schleswig-Holstein) – Kurzenmoorer Chaussee 11 a – Ehem. Haus von Drathen – Baujahr 1913 – Foto 2020 – Das eineinhalbgeschossige Wohnhaus liegt etwas abseits der übrigen Bebauung an der Kurzenmoorer Chaussee. Es ist im Stil der wilhelminischen Zeit mit einem seitlichen Risalit versehen. Dem Risalit vorgelagert ist ein Erker, der im Obergeschoss in einen Balkon übergeht. Die Balkontür und einige Fenster der Frontseite sind von Faschen umrandet. Gut erhaltenes Ziergebälk schmückt sowohl den Risalitgiebel als auch den Seitengiebel des Hauses. – Wilhelm und Catharina von Drathen betrieben von 1888 bis 1913 den Hof Nr. 1, Lander 4. Nach dem Verkauf des Hofes an Klaus Harms im Jahr 1913 errichtete Wilhelm von Drahten die abgebildete Villa an der Kurzenmoorer Chaussee. – In der Zeit nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wohnte hier vorübergehend – bis 1946 – der Altonaer Kunstmaler Max Stobbe (1883-1963). Er war Mitglied des Altonaer Künstlervereins. Eine Zeichnung von ihm zeigt das Haus an der damals baumbestandenen Chaussee.
