Summary
[edit]| Description |
English: Grouse Butts on Peat Hill This is the second of a row of ten butts in a line up the east slope of Peat Hill. The numbers on the left count down to 1 and the numbers on the right count up to 10 as one follows the line up the hillside. They are well built, well camouflaged and in a very good state of repair. The roads and drainage are also well-maintained, and the good management is rewarded by the presence of more Red Grouse than I have seen or heard for some years. |
