Next morning I setoff again for St. OuensBay, and on the way made a good find in Hdianthc-nmm gttttatuni; on a bank I found a single specimenof Orobanche cizncka, while in a sandy lane Antir-rhinum Oroniinm was discovered. On reaching thebay I began to use my eyes to look for the good Epipcutis paltistris, and, I believe, though I couldnot find any. Orchis laxijlora. Another day took meby the Jersey Eastern Railway to Gorey, near whichis the fine old castle of Mont Orgueil; it is in a prettygood state of preservation, many of the rooms beingstill habitable.
