English: Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuels) 3rd Class Jonas Mileon, Creole-to-English translator, a Sailor from Maritime Civil Affairs Team 2, and native of Aurora, Colo., assists Haitian natives seeking aid from the Civil Military Operation Center (CMOC) set up to support of Operation Unified Response. Service members working in a CMOC are responsible for linking government officials, non-governmental organizations, and local leaders together in order to gauge who needs supplies where and protect those really in need of aid from potential false candidates.
