Я не знаю, откуда этот файл, но он сомнителен. Геродот активно описывает Сирию, Египет, Ливию - где они на этой карте? Почему Дунай не зовется Истром? Море было не Средиземным, а "Нашим". Персидский залив и Аравийское море вкупе носили название Красного. Красное соединялось с Атлантическим, ибо Африку (то бишь Ливию) можно было обплыть. Каспийское море: "Длина его — пятнадцать дней плавания на гребном судне, а ширина в самом широком месте — восемь дней" - чему карта не соответствует. В общем, тот, кто в семнадцатом веке эту карту напечатал - пусть покоится с миром, хотя и заслужил, чтоб ему руки оторвали. А эту я, как только у профессионалов уточню, начну чистить. Предупреждаю.
