Nederlands: Tijdens hijswerkzaamheden vielen op 3 augustus 2015 twee hijskranen om en kwamen samen met het brugdek terecht op naastgelegen woningen en winkelpanden. De materiële schade was enorm en als bij wonder vielen er geen slachtoffers. De Onderzoeksraad is nagegaan hoe de hijsklus is voorbereid en uitgevoerd en keek daarbij ook hoe betrokken partijen invulling gaven aan hun taken en verantwoordelijkheden.
