  • Infiltrative spindled endothelial cells
  • HHV8 expression on immunohistochemistry
  • Hemosiderin (usually)
  • Plasma cells (usually)
  • Intracytoplasmic hyaline globules (usually)
All images except immunohistochemistry are H&E. This case may be described as plaque stage.
