Notes
  • Significance: Built in the first quarter of the eighteenth century, the clapboarded Micah Spencer House was expanded over time. Its gable roof was replaced with a gambrel roof and its five-bay facade expanded to one side. At the time of the HABS documentation, there was a store operating on the first floor level of the building. The house has since been demolished.
