Summary
[edit]DescriptionHognaston Bronze Age Barrow - geograph.org.uk - 497739.jpg |
English: Hognaston Bronze Age Barrow This bronze age barrow (created nearly four thousand years ago, during the Bronze Age) appears to be larger than it is in reality because of the height of the weeds that cover the site. As you can see, there is an information board close by.
It is not a 'wow, look at that!' -- partly I suspect to dissuade bounty hunters, but it is near to the very popular Visitor Centre. |
