Description
Deutsch: Ein Zug der Linie S4, zwischen Torgau und Hoyerswerda verkehren sie nur im Zweistundentakt. Mit »S-Bahn« hat das nicht viel zu tun, doch ist diese Linie hier nur ein sinnvoller Wagendurchlauf, der den Fahrzeugumlauf vereinfacht und nebenbei Umsteigevorgänge reduziert.

Im Dezember 2022 wurde dieser Zuglauf allerdings wieder getrennt, die Züge von und nach Hoyerswerda verkehren als Linie RE 11 und zwischen Leipzig und Falkenberg (E) vereinigt mit denen der Linie RE 10 Leipzig–Cottbus.

Die Signale Lf 6 mit Kennzahl 3 sind für die Fahrt durch den Kreisel 6845 (Stw 2 – Stw 17) erforderlich, eine Geschwindigkeit von 30 km/h ist mit Hl-Signalen nicht direkt signalisierbar.
