1480 Spirograph, A new instrument for drawing the different forms ofthe Volute or Spiral. To draw Spirals use the double point andforce same well into the drawing board and turn carefully so asnot to cause any irregularity in the curves by jerking or changingthe grasp on the instrument. When properly used, will save daysof labor on the most intricate work, and the spirals will all be truespirals with a constantly changing volute. Being adjustable, the styles of spirals can be modified to suitthe designer; there being no limit to the number of spirals thatcan be produced. Well made of the best material, very simple inconstruction, and not difficult to use. Furnished with Pen, Pencil and Needle Point, also an ExtraLeg with greater pitch to the thread for producing wider varia-tions in the spiral. This leg can also be used as a handle for thePen Point making a complete Ruling Pen. If desired can be usedas a Common Divider or Compass and can be very rapidly ad-justed for different radii w
