Leaving the CIO-AF of L peace meeting at the Willard Hotel today these three CIO leaders told newsmen that proposals of the Committee for Industrial Organization caused a sensation when offered at the confab. Under the terms the CIO offered to return to the American Federation of Labor as an independent, a situation that which would probably result in the CIO becoming the dominant wing of the American Labor Movement.
