Description

O presidente do Senado, Renan Calheiro (PMDB-AL), prestigia o lançamento do livro "Memórias do Senado", da advogada e servidora aposentada do Senado Federal, Sara Abrahão.

Sarah, que recebeu o diploma de reconhecimento funcional pela excelência dos trabalhos desempenhados no Senado, foi funcionária concursada da Casa, aprovada em maio de 1960. Começou a trabalhar no setor de contabilidade, chegando a ser secretária-geral da Mesa, além de ter ocupado diversos outros cargos e de ter criado um curso no Instituto Legislativo Brasileiro (ILB) que serve como introdução ao processo legislativo.

Participam: presidente do Senado, senador Renan Calheiros (PMDB-AL). ministro do Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU), Raimundo Carreiro; deputado Mauro Benevides (PMDB-CE); senador Edison Lobão (PMDB-MA); advogada e servidora aposentada do Senado Federal, Sara Abrahão.
