Description:

Petit modèle, à épingler au milieu du rappel de décoration, de la largeur du ruban ; deux tiges parallèles au revers (trois marques sur l'une d'elles, côté intérieur).

Description iconographique:

Aigle de la Polizei aux ailes déployées enserrant une croix gammée (en mouvement) dans une couronne de feuilles de chêne, celle-ci est posée sur un ovale constitué également de feuilles de chêne et dont les ailes de l'aigle dépassent, de part et d'autre.
