Description
English: Col. Burt Thompson of the U.S. Army's 3rd Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, addresses local city, military and police leaders, during a security forces celebration in Muqdadiyah, Iraq, June 29. The ceremony celebrated the exit of coalition forces from the city and return of security control to Iraqi forces.
