Description
English: Navy Cmdr. Richard Hess, outgoing commanding officer of the Navy Expeditionary Guard Battalion, talks about the support his wife has given him during his outgoing remarks at the NEGB’s change of command ceremony, Aug. 4, 2010. During the ceremony Hess turned over command of the NEGB to Navy Cmdr. William Johnson. The NEGB provides security inside Joint Task Force Guantanamo’s detention facilities.
