Offered for sale by Abbott and Holder in late July 2020, when it was described as "‘A View of Southend in Kent’. Pen, brush and ink. Traced in pencil and indented for transfer verso. Signed ‘J Cleveley Junr Invt et del’ and inscribed and numbered ‘2A’. 6x10.25 inches. ".
