Description
Nederlands: Waarschijnlijk is de enige link tussen bier en economie die jij ooit al hebt gelegd je gevloek op café als "dankzij Inbev" je pintje weer is opgeslagen. Waarom is AB InBev zo'n grote en allesbepalende speler? En is de biermarkt enkel de laatste jaren zo belangrijk geworden? Of gaat dit al véél verder terug in de tijd? KU Leuven econoom Jo Swinnen schreef er een boek over en hij lanceerde hiermee ook de term/studierichting "bieronomie" of "beeronomics".
