Description
Svenska: Fäste av förgylld mässing av efterkarolinsk grundtyp, anslutande till varianten "boat-shell-guard", främre parerstången skjuter ut genom den avsmalnande, uppåtböjda och kluvna parerplåten. Knappen med slät krage vid basen konkavt nedskuren på ut- och insidan. Handbygel med uppvikt fot, fastskruvad i knappen. Nitknapp skruvad på tångens övre ände, stor, markerat utsvängd upptill och med plan översida vari graverat Oskar I:s vapen som kronprins under furstekrona med vase och omgivet av serafimerkedjan.
Kavel lindad med tvinnad silvertråd.

Klinga rak, eneggad utom vid det tvåeggade spetspartiet. Bred hålkäl på båda sidor. Starka delen till en längd av ca 245 mm från basen med etsad och förgylld ornering mot blånerad botten. Vid klingbasen signering i skrivstil i förgyllt rektangulärt fält, på utsidan: "Leopold Kreutz Schwerdtfeger", på insidan "in Berlin". Därovanför i det blånerade fältet förgylld blomsterkrans, trofégrupp, blomsterornament, på båda sidor lika.

Har tillhört Oskar I. Lämnad som minnesgåva av änkedrottning Josefina till generalen Johan Peter Lefrén (1784-1862), dåvarande kronprins Oscars lärare 1819 och chef för hans stab från 1828.
