English: The ranks of America’s Astronaut Corps grew by a dozen today! The twelve new NASA Astronaut Candidates have reported for duty at the Johnson Space Center in Houston to begin two years of training. Before they got to Houston we video-chatted with them all; U.S. Navy Lieutenant Kayla Barron talks about how she became interested in science, technology, engineering and math, why she wanted to become an astronaut and where she was when she got the news that she’d achieved her dream.
