Description
Karte von Klein Zicker und dem Thiessower Haken aus dem Jahr 1806. Der schwedische Oberstleutnant Baron Sparre wertete im Juli/August 1806 vorausgegangene Vermessungsarbeiten zur Planung einer Hafenstadt auf Rügens Halbinsel Mönchgut aus und fügte diese Karte seinem Bericht an die schwedische Krone bei. Beschriftung: „Underdänigste Project. Till anläggning af en Stad på Klein Zicker på Rügen. Stralsund den 1 Augusti 1806. B.Sparre.“ (deutsch: Untertänigstes Projekt zur Anlage einer Stadt auf Klein Zicker auf Rügen. Stralsund, den 1. August 1806) Nördlich einer auf der mit 38 m ü. NN höchsten Erhebung von Klein Zicker zu erbauenden Kirche sollten Lagerhäuser entstehen und südlich davon die Wohnquartiere. Am östlichen Ufer, um die bereits im Großen Nordischen Krieg (1700–1721) errichteten Schanze, sollten die ersten Schiffsanlegeplätze entstehen. Weiter südlich war der Thiessower Hacken für zukünftige Erweiterungen vorgesehen.
