| Description |
English: Knolton farm, near Overton Cross. Looking around many of my rural pictures there is much mention of "dairy farm", so where does all that milk go, traditionally in this area a lot of cheese was made. Some of the farms still have magnificent cheese stores, this is a modern version of "farmhouse cheese" production. |
