Vue d'ensemble de la maison d'Adam à Angers Située sur la place Sainte-Croix, près de la cathédrale d'Angers, la maison d'Adam est une maison à pans de bois, typique de l'habitat bourgeois commerçant de la fin du Moyen-Age (elle a été construite lors de la décennie 1490). Elle doit son nom aux sculptures d'Adam et Eve, aujourd'hui disparues qui encadraient l'Arbre de la Connaissance, toujours visible.
