| Description |
English: Lantern Buildings At the foot of Jenny's Lantern Hill and to the northeast of the hamlet of Bolton. Storage buildings in a state of disrepair.
A visitor to the geograph site researching family history has informed me that in 1841, these buildings were inhabited by about 25 people. This indicates how labour intensive farming was in those days. |
