Summary[edit]
DescriptionLarkin statue, Belfast - geograph.org.uk - 439119.jpg |
English: Larkin statue, Belfast. This (life-size) statue of Jim Larkin was unveiled earlier this month. It is attached to a wall in Donegall Street Place, off Donegall Street. Larkin (1876-1947) was a trade union leader and socialist. It is one of a number of new statues erected in recent years. Belfast probably has fewer statues than other places of similar size so "some more please". |
