English: Last Turbine Blade Delivery at Turbine No 23. Site construction manager Martin Hewitt looks on as 6 months of construction comes to an end with the delivery of the final turbine blade for the Scout Moor Wind Farm project.
Construction of the wind turbines began back in November 2007 at Turbine No 16.
