Description
Français : Le Baptême du Christ. A l'intérieur du D de "Domine labia mea" est figuré le baptême du Christ, image qui associe le rite de purification par l'eau et la Théophanie ou révélation de la Divinité avec la descente du Saint-Esprit. A droite, Jean Baptiste verse sur la tête du Christ à l'aide d'une coquille, l'eau lustrale. A gauche, un ange lui tient la tunique du Christ. Du ciel descend l'Esprit Saint sous la forme d'une colombe, tandis que le Dieu le Père apparaît dans les cieux, sortant de sa bouche pour proclamer : "Tu es mon Fils bien-aimé" (Luc 3, 22).
