Dans les ptôses, comme nous le verrons, le colon transversesabaisse en avant, tandis que langle gauche et la portion descen-dante étant plus profondément et solidement fixée, il se fait uncroisement sur le côlon descendant qui se trouve alors en arrière ducôl
