Die Epidermis derselben zeichnet sich durch den Pigmentgehaltihrer Schleimschicbt aus, daher die dunkle Farbe der Haut des Hodensackes.Die Cutis enthält zahlreiche grosse Talg- und Schweissdrüsen und ein reichesLymphgefässnetz (s. Tafel I, Fig. 2). Die Haut des Hodensackes ist mit zer-streuten, krausen, kurzen und starken Haaren besetzt und faltet sich in quereKunzein, wenn die unter ihr liegende Fleischhaut sich zusammenzieht. Die Fleischhaut, Tunica dartos, ist die Fortsetzung der Fascia super-ficialis abdominis et perinei. Sie ist ein fettloses, gefässreiches, von elasti-schen Fasern durchzogenes Bindegewebe, welches Bündel glatter Muskelfasernin grosser Menge enthält, deren vorwiegend longitudinale Eichtung ebendie Kunzelung der Hodensackhaut hervorruft. Von der Eaphe aus schicktdie Tunica dartos eine mediane Scheidewand, Septum scroti zum Peri-neum und zur Wurzel des Penis hinauf, woselbst sie mit dem Bindegewebe Taf.l Fi<,
