set forth it would not be reasonable to exact from claimant the cultivation of any portion of this land, and it is thought that the grazing use shown should be accepted in lieu of cultivation, and it is so recommended. Claimant had habitable house upon the land at the time of final proof and, with his military service, has sufficient credit for residence to meet the requirements of the homestead law. It is therefore recommended that the local Land Office be directed to issue final certificate in connection with this entry, and that patent follow in due course.
