Mr. Chesson wants the proceedings of the reception meeting held at St. James Hall published; Mr. Tweedie has offered to print a certain number of copies at a low rate. A few days ago, William Lloyd Garrison received 100 copies, except at more than one third of the whole cost. Garrison regrets not ordering double the amount of copies. Garrison includes a list of people and institutions where he sent copies. (The complete title is: Proceedings at the Public Breakfast Held in Honour of William Lloyd Garrison, Esq. of Boston, Massachusetts, in St. James's Hall, London, on Saturday, June 29th, 1867.)
