| Description |
English: Lifeboat services rendered Set on the retaining wall of the T-junction at Goodwick Square are 4 slate slabs which record the ships assisted, and lives saved, by Fishguard lifeboats between 1836 and 1961. It is an impressive record. The lifeboat station is sited beyond the ferry terminal close by and is manned/womanned by local volunteers.
The houses above are in New Hill Road which runs north to Harbour Village. |
