Summary
[edit]DescriptionLlanfarian geograph-3757122-by-Ben-Brooksbank.jpg |
English: Entering Aberystwyth on A487, close to site of former Llanrhystyd Road station. View northward on Antaron Avenue, close to where the ex-GWR Carmarthen - Aberystwyth line used to cross over the road, the station having been on the right. The station and line closed officially from 22/2/65, but in fact - owing to flood damage, from 14/12/64. (This was indeed the road to Llanrhystyd, but it was about seven miles! |
