| Description |
The Lynn Public Library building is a historic library at Five North Common Street in Lynn, Massachusetts. Building began in 1898 and it was opened in 1900. My grandmother, Theodora Soundis, worked at the library when she was in high school in the 1940s and always told me it was her favorite job. -- This was mailed to Leominster, MA -- postmarked at 9am on April 29th, 1907 in Lynn, and postmarked again at 4:30pm in Leominster the same day. Talk about priority mail! Stamped on the back with: "6731. The Metropolitan News Co. Boston, Mass. Manufacturers of Souvenir Postal Cards. Printed in Germany." |
